Items are often made to order. As such, they will take 2 - 3 weeks from ordering until they are finished in the kiln. Rush orders are available at a small extra cost, please call ahead to enquire.

RETURN POLICY
Bespoke and personalised items are non returnable or refundable. If you are unhappy with your items in any way please contact us and we will do all we can to change that.
